HAY - Soft Edge 72 Stool (Dining Height)

The Soft Edge 72 stool from the Danish manufacturer HAY impresses with its straightforward design. The design comes from the Copenhagen-based designer duo Iskos Berlin. The legs of the stool were made from solid oak, the seat from shaped oak veneer. A new technique for shaping plywood was used. It enables an almost three-dimensional shaping of the surface. In this way, the seat was able to achieve its perfect, ergonomic shape. The solid wooden legs create the illusion of a seamless transition between the seat and the legs. This makes the stool look elegant and more solid.
